Troop 157 has a rich history of excellence in scouting. The troop was established in 1982 and has been continually sponsored by the American Legion, POST 221, Niceville. The American Legion has faithfully sponsored many Eagle projects and supported the troop in various activities.
For many years, Troop 157 has received the Quality Unit award in scouting and was awarded the Centennial Quality Unit Award for 2009 and 2010. In addition, the troop has received multiple camping and troop awards at local, regional, and national events.
Our Troop is proud to be part of the Choctawatchee District, and the Gulf Coast Council.
